Are there any songs you'd like to hear to get the BOC treatment? Not a remix but a from-scratch cover.

How weird but when I spied the title of the thread I thought Planet Caraven, then clicked on it and read your first post about Sabbath.

Planet Caravan would be incredible. Remember the first time I played Paranoid LP and when that tune came floating out the speakers I was quietly stunned for a few moments and by the time it was halfway through I was blown away and grinning from ear to ear. Just a classic track. Its also one of those tunes I'd play to friends if they were round my house drunk and a bit stoned and throw it on and it would always knock their socks off if they had never heard it (which was always the case).

Sabbath may be metal but they definatly got a trippy, folky psychedelic side to them. I love them. BOC would do this tune wonders I reckon.

^^ Correct. I'd missed the Laguna Sunrise reference too. That would work, for sure.

I'd also like a really, REALLY dark and mixed up version of Going to California by Led Zeppelin. It's such a beautiful, delicate song, I can just imagine pouring some bile onto it and taking it somewhere else entirely.

Warphead: Now you mention it, there is a Planet Caravan feeling on Last Walk Around Mirror Lake.
If you don't have the dik sometime, then the art is not about human race. Then is not art. This my theory.

Poem of Dead Song - Broadcast

Mexicola - awesome, awesome suggestion.. I'm a huge zep fan. And on that note I must offer a second item for a cover just to mic it up and see how they'd really work it: In My Time of Dying

I'd love to hear them cover some early Verve. I'd rather hear the Verve cover 1969, but I think BoC would do great versions of Man Called Sun, Slide Away, or Gravity Grave. Mind melting rhodes madness would ensue.

A personal wish of mine would be for them to cover the classic "Girl from Ipanema".
Saw a blind man walking down the street
Greets every person he chanced to meet
Saw a cop write a ticket to a man over fifty
Fell over laughing screaming he was a hippie
Ran into a granny had a smile on her face
Broke a trophy she just won in a race

Don't worry about the future
Forget about the past
Whether it's good or bad
It's a gas

Perfect one for them to cover. Layered like a cake.

You know what I'd like to hear? A Hell Interface remix of Bad Storm Coming by The Downliners Sect.
If The Campfire Headphase was a butterfly, would Acid Memories be the caterpillar?
Spoiler: show
Unfortunately I have no clue lmao. But while you're here, go ahead and check out some of my tunes! You might dig 'em and stuff!
