We don't really know, the tape leaked on Soulseek (file-sharing network) back around 2004. Hence the name 'random 35 tracks tape.' I believe MDG confirmed its authenticity but said that someone else, not the Sandison brothers, compiled it. If I had to guess I would say a member of Hexagon Sun probably took their best pre-Twoism work and mixed it for his/her own listening pleasure.
