Ive been hearing something for a while now underneath the seagull sample, sounded like a synth sound but now i think its a voice and i think its saying 'trouble is what i get if i get in trouble'

Like john fonda pointed out, it's chanting from the Vangelis piece they sampled, La Fête sauvage. Well worth checking out, it's a lovely piece!
