Almost certainly bogus, no way could the actual album just change hands in plain sight like that without anybody noticing. Also if you look a bit closer the supposed sale actually happened more than a decade ago.

It's been 1 and a half decades since those tapes leaked. If that sale was real it would have leaked within a month.
