Gorgeous shots, looks to me like the "bad lands" of America.. but I could quite easily be wrong, from the first few shots I was gonna guess it was Afghanistan or Iraq circa 1970s.

Colours are nice and the country is obviously breathtaking, but the pictures are a bit aweful.
