I recently licensed this photo illustration to former Ozzy guitarist Joe Holmes for his new Farmikos project. It's in use at their website along with a couple of demo tunes featuring Robert Trujillo (Metallica) on bass and my friend Robert Locke on vocals. An EP is in the works and it will likely be in use there as well.

I love this sort of stuff - sounds like the US version of 'hauntology' - I think there's a few threads about it here, very much a thing here in the UK as well, same period of 70s/80s with different cultural reference points, obviously.

Yeah, I love much of the hauntology and Ghost Box stuff! The artsy side of the retro movement as a whole is complex and interesting, with deep roots.

These kinds of posters are awesome and the eccentric in me wants to plaster my entire bedroom with them. There's definitely a tactile response in my mind...you associate them with a tangible smell, feeling or taste as well.

I was bored and tried my hand at poster design the other day.
This is part of a series of other 2013 album movie posters that I'm gonna end up finishing soon maybe.

Thanks Perch... I'm starting a cassette label with emphasis on Lo-fi sample based hip hop, Juke, Vaporwave, etc. The second artwork that you like is artwork for a compilation which will be the first release. There is a series of them for each track. Release of the compilation and site launch will take place around late spring, early summer.
Here's a series of bumps I've made that will give you some idea of what we're about.
