I'm trying to throw together a creepy/mysterious fall mix together and this is my tracklist so far:

David Lynch- Ghost of Love
Bibio- Oval Emerald Vertigo
Windy Weber- Destroyed
The Stranger- Where Are Our Monsters Now, Where Are Our Friends?
Kronos Quartet- Doom. a Sigh
Vincent Gallo- Her Smell Theme

Dunno if the tracks're gonna fit well with each other, but those are some songs I've got so far, if it helps.

aw man, windowsill is soooo nice. such a great melody, I don't really see it's scariness though.

i remember trying to watch begotten a while back and i couldn't get past the disembowelment scene a the beginning for some reason... i'm usually pretty fine with gore but for some reason that scene got to me. i did really like the soundtrack though it's very spooky.

Elegi

He's been too quiet for a while now, sadly

:(

Oh and Owl Splinters by Deaf Centre too. Required listening frankly.

Anything by Svarte Greiner too.
Actually, the whole Miasmah label is worth a root around.

oh wow, thank you for these recommendations! there's a lot here to go though hehe
