I personally like Common Era far more than their first album. Common Era is far more melodic and harmonious than October Langage and in October Language the emphasis lies much more on the walls of sound and the sound design (or that's how I interpret it anyway), while I strongly prefer the former style of music.
I noticed one track on October Language called "Remove The Inside". I recently watched the Jean-Luc Godard movie "Vivre Sa Vie" and it contains a famous quote that goes like this: "A bird is an animal with an inside and outside. Remove the outside, there’s the inside. Remove the inside, and you see the soul.". (couldn't find a youtube video of this except one without subtitles, sadly). I think the track might be named after that, just a thought.
