Hi, that was an old Hexagon Sun-related page someone was using, but it's now gone.
Best wishes, mark

I'm resurrecting this thread because I received an e-mail from someone who informed me that visiting www.signalquality.co.uk ends up being redirected to http://www.sis.gov.uk/output/sis-home-welcome.html

http://whois.domaintools.com/signalquality.co.uk
Registrant's address:
PO BOX 28607
Edinburgh

GB

That's BoC's PObox.

Now I also wonder why BoC would use their registered domain to link to the website of the SIS. Some kind of joke?

I like the first idea. Can we stretch to www.boardsofcanada.gov.uk?

BoC is a psy-op by the UK government to turn us into turquoise hexagon Sun Worshippers!

Fri Apr 03, 2009 3:47 pm

Psy Ops? You mean Oliver Lowery's patent Subliminal Sound Presentation System using embedded messages made by frequency / amplitude modulation applied to a 15000 - 15500kHz sine wave carrier with dialogue as the modulator by using, for example a device like this?

http://www.kvraudio.com/get/315.html

To produce files like this:

http://www.xurba.co.uk/Invisibles/Embedded_1.wav
http://www.xurba.co.uk/Invisibles/Embedded_2.wav

......And then 'hide' them in your music?

Possible to do, definitely! Ethical? perhaps not, especially without the consent of the listener.

Mike & Marcus aren't real people.

It's actually just Gordon Brown and Barack Obama wearing face masks.

Just noticed that, on the BoC news page on the old Warp site, the Geogaddi announcement was apparently reposted on April 9. Odd.

Good find. And indeed very odd. Why would they do this.. they were tinkering with lots of updates 09-04-09 though if you look at the main page: http://warprecords.com/

It might just be a mistake.... OR... <insert>

As a fitting farewell, the FIRST PAGES OF NEWS now host a collection of some of the most memorable articles across its 9 years. We've had to change the dates to make this work, but the publishing dates are in the articles themselves. Hope you enjoy reading them as much as we have, but there are loads more to explore by flicking through the pages of news.

Well spotted!

The official Boards site needs a little update too, that warpmart link on the news page isn't working anymore.

Mon May 11, 2009 8:55 pm

I sympathize with Boards. I -hate hate hate- updating my website. It's just soooooo tedious!

Mon May 11, 2009 9:04 pm

website updates are useful

Tue May 12, 2009 3:16 pm

Perhaps they should hire dave_from_2001 to post updates for them.

Tue May 12, 2009 3:31 pm

yeah

Tue May 12, 2009 3:51 pm

that's ridiculous. I can't almost tie my shoes. AND i'm a drunk. on the below sentence i've just spent a minute trying to delete a period mark that was a piece of debris.

the SIS thing is weird though...

off topic, someone get AE to release some 08/09 soundboards if they exist?? can they explain why these shows obliterate the albums? Toronto 2008 gahhah236726
