Hi all. Medium-term lurker, now having a mini-post. Been greatly enjoying all the recent shenanigans, and looking forward to seeing how it plays out.
While trying to find out more about the numbers, I came across a BoC bandcamp page: is this old news?

Wasn't aware they have one..could be phoney, unless it was JUST made. Link?

There <i>is</i> one there, but it's an oddity. No publicly available music, but if you enter the URL for the private/pre-order downloads, there is an account with that facility set up.

I didn't recognise the photo from any other release, but then I'm hardly an expert.

Already tried it with one string of numbers; it's not formatted right.

Just to say that the night of the MBV release, a bandcamp page surfaced too, and threw a lot of people off, as it was a fake.

If you put something in it gives this message:
Sorry, that code is invalid.
Codes are 8 characters, plus a dash (e.g., "y0v4-h3rj").
Please double-check your code and try again.

Yep, could well be fake. It's well hidden, though- hard to find.
Download codes are formatted XXXX-XXXX, which we can't even get from the codes so far, I think.

Yeah, if it turns out to be legit, I'm sure the band/someone will make it clear how to use that. Good find regardless, dude.

did we think 100606 could be a number?

"no tracks posted here"
That doesn't mean there isn't any. Bandcamp users have the ability to make any and all uploads private if they so choose.

There have been so many debunkings and affirmations regarding their social media accounts that I don't remember the validity of their bandcamp page, and I can't find it on here. If it's considered 'official', I don't know why people wouldn't be shitting bricks over this...
EDIT: i'm an idiot who apparently never uses bandcamp.

Every bandcamp account has a page like that.
I don't even have any download codes set up on mine, yet
there is still a page to input them

Yep. I feel a little silly right now. All this activity is stopping my brain from functioning properly!

If anyone here actually thinks the banner on this Bandcamp page looks even remotely authentic, you need to take a break from this whole thing and come back with a clear head. Jesus Christ, people.
