I usually love when I see a new topic saying a new sample was found, even if it's small as this one, hope it cheers some of you.
Anyway it's the WOW! heard in both songs, it actually says FLY! and it's from the same sesame street segment as the laugh at end of Iraq says (Wanda the word fairy). You can hear it in this video at 2:32
On a similar topic, it's very possible that more samples come from the same episode. I only know of two episodes that contain this segment, episodes 3174 and 2951, in case you want to check them out and try and find new samples.
