What is your favourite Boards of Canada music video? My top 3 would be:
Dayvan Cowboy (Melissa Olson)
Amo Bishop Roden (Ameya Mhatre)
Everything You Do is a Balloon (Powers of 10 Part 1 by Charles and Ray Eames) The Powers of 10 was made by Charles and Ray Eames but the actual person that added the audio I forgot who it was..
What is your favourites?

I actually really like that june 9th vid with the crazy strobes and stuff. Seems to fit the song really well.
I wish BoC'd do more in a june 9th kind of vein... not that that'll ever happen...

The one with hexagons sliding about with wildlife footage in them, from the Warp Lighthouse gig!
Dayvan is great too though.
I'm not into the fan vids much, sorry.

I havent seen any fan vids, not really into that...but the official Dayvan video is brilliant, to the max. The 'Invocation' video (promo for Trans Canada Highway) was pretty nifty too....short but nifteh.

There was a video for June 9th posted here a while ago, which featured stop-motion footage of - among other things - ships in harbour that I really liked.

Yeah, I'm all about Invocation myself. Not much for the fan videos. I've seen a few good ones, but I can't ever remember them.

Yep, Invocation is short but sweet. A perfect visual piece to sit with their music. It's how I would imagine most of their visual work to proabably look.
Although have they swiped pieces of Chris Cunninghams telecom italia work? It seems similar. I know BoC worked on that and I'm sure alot of their visuals are found footage, but it seems a bit cheeky though.
Even though I'm not a big fan of the song, the Davyan video is great. Visually i think it would work with most of the tracks off Campfire and the TCH EP.
Which reminds me, anyone remember 'The Trip' from 4Later Channel 4 from the late 90's. That used BoC's music, telephasic workshop I think and most of the footage used in the show was matched perferctly for BoC's sound.
