if anyone else says its a fake, well, id love to meet the person who actually did this. i think its real.

I'm almost positive that it's Choasmachine from watmm. I remember reading that somewhere.

Sun Feb 19, 2006 4:48 pm

yeah, chaosmachine from watmm made it

Sun Feb 19, 2006 5:04 pm

does chaosmachine have any albums or material about? id love to hear some of it then. its sounds so much like BoC you would think that he had done it in hexagon sun studios. why spend all that time and effort to do a 'fake'? ill never understand it. can anyone actually verify (proove) that this wasnt done by BoC? because BoC arent gonna say nothing wither way.
PS: if this is in fact you chaosmachine, then respect. beautiful track. can i have the rest of the tape? :)

noobs

he did is as a joke, intentionally to sound like boc.

Sun Feb 19, 2006 6:13 pm

yep i guess that makes evryone 'noobs'..

Sun Feb 19, 2006 6:21 pm

after listening to the track, i could kind of realize that it isnt authentic boc, but it is BY FAR the most real sounding fake ive heard...

Sun Feb 19, 2006 6:29 pm

he made it in buzz

Bogus that's what i think.

Mon Feb 20, 2006 12:30 am

Well, I don't care if it's BoC or not... It's a pretty little piece...

Mon Feb 20, 2006 7:43 pm

the percussion is harsh, and reeks of fakeness. BoC have said themselves that the amount of time spent by some electronic artists on individual track would be comparable to how long they spend on a hi hat sound.

Mon Feb 20, 2006 8:29 pm

ok, i gotta agree with you there on the percussion. but if the track was made say 15 years ago, when their talents were less refined, it would definitely be passable, no? im no longer argueing whether or not this is BoC, but nice touch on filtering the master through a cassette tape!

Sorry for digging up ancient history, but I searched for Chaosmachine on twoism because I intended to make a thread about his music.

Assuming we are talking about the same Chaosmachine, he does have some material out. Very good material, I might add!
