Hi Everyone in _twoism!
Back in ‘98, a dear friend of mine who had his finger on the pulse of what good music is (he still does), sent me a cassette mixtape that had Time Machines, Crash Worship, The Orb, Mouse on Mars, Ken Ishi and a few tracks of BOC. I was floored. BOC’s music has been there as a soundtrack to life events ever since.

A nice random BOC event. When I moved to Naples, FL, my daughter visited and I took her on a fishing charter. The boat captain turned on his radio and started playing Aquarius! I couldn’t believe it. Instant connection!

Hello everyone!

I'm Grinn, from Perth, Australia!

I first heard BoC on June 25th, 2022, the song was either Olson or Kid For Today! (I actually prefer the latter, my favourite song still!)

One of those two were playing on some random Instagram reel and I instantly loved it! I added it to my Spotify playlist (How I know exact day) and haven't looked back since. Also ordered my first physical releases off Discogs yesterday as well.

I've been posting since the VHS tapes started arriving, but haven't actually introduced myself!

You can call me Redd. I've been listening to BOC since the release of The Campfire Headphase (I can't believe it's been 20 years). I've been aware of Twoism since those times, but only ever lurked to read about the secrets in their music and enjoy other interesting odds, ends and rarities that have popped up here over the years. All of the 2026 hype inspired me to finally create and account and take part in the joy!

Hello everyone! I finally made the dive and made an account here after the 5th LP got announced today. I've been reading through here for a little while and found Boards of Canada quite late, roughly 2019 during a very difficult time in my life.

Turquoise Hexagon Sun was the first song I listened to and I'd say it changed my life while being an important anchor of comfort for me.
Their music has become a vital part of my personal soundtrack and has helped me endure so much. I also slowly made the realization how often I've unknowingly come across their music before in my life. BoC's music, their mystery and intrigue have capture me fully and they've been a huge inspiration to try and learn to make music as well.

Glad to be part of the community and this wild journey.

Hello! I use BoCPages a lot and I decided to stick around here some. I'm trying to get more into BoC, loved MHTRTC, Geogaddi, A Beautiful Place Out in the Country and Hi-Scores, and I just love the atmosphere they always bring. I first heard them back in late 2024, and it was an instant 10/10 for me. Excited to be here for Inferno and happy to know this wonderful band.

I'm a dude, early 40s, living in a small Florida town. I found BoC in 2012 so missed out on the earlier culture. But I remember old public broadcasting, sci-fi and fantasy movies, 8 bit video games. I'm crazy about the 70s and 80s esthetics. But mostly I just like keeping my head buzzing and ringing, slipping into self-induced hypnosis, soak in the sunshine, the turquoise hexagonal sunshine.

I've been here since just before TH, a fan since MHTRTC. Here's a fan video I did a long time ago:

Hi ! I'm "La Grande Table", i'm a Boards of Canada and Warp Records lover since 15 years, but always been a lone wolf, doing music on my side.

I finally decided to involve in the community, as i'd love to contribute to BoC tribute releases : )

Hi, I've been a fan for just about 10 years having discovered BOC through Spotify recs. I joined here because of Inferno, I don't know anyone in real life who is a big fan. I am beyond excited and wanted to be able to share that.
I don't have a favorite song, I really like all of it. But over the last day I have had The Beach at Red Point in my head - love that song. I love that on multiple listenings you can find new things in their music to love. It's really limitless.

Hi! I'm Queque (pronounced as keh-keh, the name comes from how pound cakes are named in Chile), and I've been a huge fan of BoC since starting college (I decided to find who was behind the Santo Tomás ad music, stumbled with MHTRTC), and I decided to join this forum when the tapes started to appear.

I'm here mostly to find more chilensi fans, and share with the rest of y'all.

(Also I forgot to post initially here when I already did a post explaining my avatar lol)

Well I was just 10 days short of my 29th birthday when I originally joined this forum and I am 51 this year. What can I say. I am still around and still listening to BOC like it was 2004.
