I had one last night

BOC announced a date and the hollywood bowl near me. I was so happy and felt very lively even in my dream.

The show ended up being Marcus being the replacement turntabilist for incubus.

A nightmare basically. He was smiling and never opened his eyes, all while doing some slow sway dance.

I woke up so dissapointed.

I once had a dream where I had an epiphany: Boards of Canada was a group of houseflies...there was also a big bumblebee and I looked it up on wikipedia: BUMBLEBEE=big bee, hairy as hell.[/i]
Black then White are all I see in my infancy...Red and Yellow then came to me, reachin' out to me, lets me see...

i once had a dream a friend and I won a contest and we could pick ONE of the old, pre-Twoism albums for the prize. The Sandisons were nowhere to be seen, just a lady with a metal briefcase with two huge bodyguards following her. They each had a key to open the case, and I think I picked Acid Memories and my friend took Hooper Bay..

If only.... :P

I did have a dream that I went to see them play live at a park near my house. It was cool, they were playing that song on their discography webpage...

Every time i listen to a is to b as b is to c while i sleep i have seriously messed up dreams. try playing it forwards then backwards on repeat for maximum weirdness. They were pretty dark and frightening dreams too most of the time.

If warp sends an e-mail to us and has a pic of boc's new album cover up and it looks like the one you described? I will poop in your mouth.

I dreamed "Aquarius" was playing from nowhere at my school. So I ask my teacher where this music comes from and she answers she doesn't know.
Yeah, that's right... Orange!

Would you rather that they bumped threads that are months if not years old?

of course! its better to have less topic that are more informative than more topics that are repeated all over the place.

I agree, it's just most forums have rules against bumping way old threads for some reason.

As it's too late to bump an older one now, I will post in this one...

I had one recently that went into the beginning of an oobe! I was on the computer downloading some vst plugins (I was doing this just before I dozed off to sleep, so it wasn't that random). Anyway, I downloaded one that gave me sounds just like the guitars in Dayvan Cowboy...for some reason my first thoughts were to post it on Twoism forums, haha. Then as the preview kept going, more music came in (wasn't the rest of Dayvan Cowboy but I thought it was) and then I started to get weird sounds and the "vibrations" you supposedly get before an oobe, and then I realized I was in a dream, tried to induce an oobe but I couldn't and I woke up. Weirdness, too bad I couldn't get one though.

Ahem, Mr. Murray will now explicate:

I would say that as a general rule, if the thread is not caught in its early stages by a moderator, it's probably OK.

In this case, I don't generally read these sorts of threads (no offense to anyone involved), so I guess I just didn't think about it.

We do, as always, recommend that users search before creating new threads. Unfortunately, our memory is not infinite and we don't always research every thread posted. I know some people feel like we're already Nazis enough on the issue- we just try to keep some semblance of order.

I don't see any sense in closing this one down now, but should a thread like this come up in the future I will be sure to act.

Thanks for staying sharp Hexagon. :)

I had a dream last night that I downloaded an mp3 zip of Geogaddi off the internet and was listening to it. I listened to Sunshine Recorder, and I realized, wait a second, this sounds totally different! Then I realized all the tracks on the album were fake and really stupid (like christmas techno jingles and stuff) so I deleted them. How incredibly boring!!

I've had two memorable BOC dreams thus far:

The first was about a year ago. I was at this strange music festival and I went over to this shaman like guy who was selling a bunch of trinkets and then he told me something which i could not remember, I then looked at the back of my right hand and saw this hexagon like pattern that with turquoise and orange like fading into it and i realized it was the turquoise hexagon sun. the next i woke up and drew the tattoo in photoshop and I am still debating on getting it although i would not get it on my hand but probably on my back.

The second was a few months ago and it was very brief and occurred right before i woke up. I was on this cloud like ship floating through the sky and was soaring over beautiful landscapes with some of my close friends. Right before waking the broken drum remix by boc started playing and i remember just being in awe of the beauty of what was happening around me.
