i treat boc tracks like my children.. i don't prefer one over the other.. haha
although, i have to say that the color of the fire and ready lets go are excessively nostalgic, beyond normal limits.
pete standing alone and rue the whirl and olson are the 3 tracls that got me into boc

i completely forgot about this song. it always seems to bring back this odd childhood memory of watching this old television with my farther. the program was a documentary about local fishermen. there was this bizarre synth soundtrack set to men drifting towards the sun that rose from the sea...i feel like a child each time i listen to it...beautiful.

i will just like to add that this track completely tripped me out last night. there is so much more going on than i thought, christ...

i guess i'm not the only one who feels like drifting away away on some sort of vessel when i listen to this. Specifically, this track puts me on a ship, in a ocean just before dawn, sometime in the age of sail. Although i'm not entirely sure where i am, i never feel lost, just lonely.

Whatever the track is from boc maxima where the guys are all "yea it's some kind of..., right, well it makes a lot of sense!" Always cracks me up because to me it's like two guys talking about something and you walk in on the conversation but have no idea wtf they are referring to.
