I assume it's because it didn't have to do with BOC. Though to be fair, it possibly has to do with BOC (which is all this thread ever is haha)
Saw this too, I think it was a sponsored ad for the Warp 2020 campaign that kind of hinted at something coming after this campaign.
A shame that was removed. I think that's a reason to be hyped. If not for BOC, probably some other great artist. Mr. Window Licker perhaps?
I still think though that the Hell Interface banner was a "coming soon" teaser though. And that's a reason to believe that BOC might be whatever Warp is promoting after this campaign.

I'm still holding out for January 22nd, being the day Pioneer will send it's final transmition. (If I'm not mistaken)
No other clue has felt more right.

I would love for them to be accesible as possible for the next release, like TH. But at the same time, keep that boc magic source. Accesible and unreachable at the same time. A recepy for a wonderfule.

So can anyone confirm if the five albums on the top row of the Warp Catalog were posted this week on IG. Starting with Squarepusher and ending with Flying Lotus?
If so, they might do the bottom row next week, ending with an unknown surprise on Friday the 18th.

edit: i’m not sure on the accuracy of the 800 years thing, “great conjunctions” (the name of this event) happen every 20 years or so, but this will be the first in a very long time to be a visible one, and the first in 200 years to not align in an earth sign, this time it aligns with the air sign
aquarius. lots of people are saying different things about this event, but it definitely seems to be a very important date in the realm of astrology/spirituality

Just came across the Warp post again in Facebook.
The tagline says "Next up, more of the unknown" which of course could just say to expect more releases next year as well.

Yes! With the background being a picture taken from space looking at earth!
Also, did anyone see the 'Page xxxx' & 'Issue xxxx' ? It consists of 13 X 'es (in this post)
The other posts on FB has 13 and 14 x'es.
Boards of Canada has 14 letters
Hell Interface has 13 letters.
I'm sorry if I'm rearching way too far.

FWIW, about half way down the “circle” is now solid blue and labeled earth at warp’s site.

They've been doing that since the start of the pandemic. Having artists recommend a bunch of art they feel is relevant to now. A while back I was kind of hoping they'd get BOC to do that. (But then again, BOC have listed their favorite movies and artists numerous times.)
These "Earth Catalogs" usually arrived by email, but I see this is the first time that an actual site chronicled them.

Also. I went on twitter today, and an empty account named “Marcus Eoin” got suggested at “who to follow”

I know it’s been said before, but what if they were working with Bowie before he passed, the OG starman reprising a roll in some form on a new release. Boys can dream I suppose.

Definitely a fake- that account is following a fake BoC Page, @boardsofcanada, named "boards," which is doing nothing but retweeting a bunch of shit from some obscure "MusicExplained" site and other people saying stuff like "oh, this MusicExplained site is really good!" Lmao
Someone trying to drum up excitement for their shitty website.

Well the eclipse is tomorrow. Personally I'm at the point where I think Warp are just going to pick a random day to announce that placeholder. (What we do know is that they're going to announce it in December though! Since it's the Warp 2020 catalog.)
Of course, now that I'm finally against numerology, (I was never an opothecary, but I've always been like "wouldn't it be nice if it was true") watch them announce something tomorrow or on the 21st lol
