so far, me and one other boccer (who isnt a member of twoism) are looking to go up. i know it would suck if we got up there and nothing was happening, but i am wondering if anyone else would make the trip if something more concrete was confirmed nearer the time. this is more geared for people on my corner of the globe, but anyone can take heed and let me know too. ill be travelling from the southernmost point of england, so its not exactly going to be a small journey for myself. the date happens to coincide with the isle of wight music festival, which has some names like prodigy and goldfrapp playing. im not really into foo fighters and the lot who are also playing, but it would be a fairly big sacrifice for me to miss this just in the hope of seeing the sandison two play live. so any maybe's in the house? its more fun with numbers. why not do something crazy for once?

Hey, Hexagon Son, I hear ya. If there is something live around there, I'll be there too. And I'll be coming from California! However, we've got to have more than a hunch on this thing. Here is what the park Ranger just wrote me back regarding the date and concerts in the park:

Hi
The Ranger Service have no events arranged for that day and on checking the
Lothians Outdoor Diary can find nothing for that date. Sorry not to be of
more help.

I'm up for it. :)

Would you be planning to drive or fly up there?

Well, i'd be coming from the east coast of the US, but i'd be willing if there was something alittle more concrete. Honestly it sounds like a lovely trip anyway. If it were supposed to be at a venue like a club or something I wouldn't be as willing to fly on a whim. I'd like to meet some of you as well, i mean how could the coolest peeps on the internet be lame in real world

More importantly... Find "Turnhouse Hill" S.W. of "Allermuir Hill." See the numbers '1666' and the word 'fort' nearby? Interesting stuff.

Happy Cycling!

The battle of Rullion Green took place there in 1666. And there's a fort. Pardon my scepticism but, big deal. There's thousaands of forts in the british isles and a great many battle sites.

What any of this has to do with code I just don't know.

UUGHH, yeah, that is what I wrote "Not Relevant" in the later post... because it isn't...

Yup, missed that. Apologies

Still don't believe this is anything more than a hoax though.

I need either a cogent argument as to how the code has been cracked or something verifiably from BOC before I pack-up and head north.

I was bored so I came up with this:

When you turn the image upside down and look at the code, you can see them as the following letters:

apor be-zowr asrs.l o-u

Also when you rotate the original image 180 degrees, you can see the code, again in letter form, as:

u-o l.zyzb ywoz-sd yogb

Try it for yourself but I doubt it bares any significance. I just thought that when you look at the moon in the sky, you could be laying down looking at it from any angle, if you know what I mean. Probably not what it is but hey, I was bored.

look guys, i understand you're all excited but this is getting pathetic.

imagine mike and marcus reading this.

'OMG BOC THIS OMG BOC THAT WE"RE SOOOOOO GONNA BE THERE IT WILL BE A LIFECHANGING EXPERIENCE FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111111111111'

now dont get me wrong. i call myself a fan just as much, but i'm not acting like a kid who is planning to open his christmas gifts the day before, after speculating for hours, days, months what could be in 'em.

just calm the fuck down. This sort of stuff is exactly why BoC aren't huge fans of the internet.

I see your point, but all there is in this thread is a lot of harmless speculation. If it does turn out to be a live event, you can't blame us for wanting to be there.

I vowed that I'd travel pretty much anywhere to see a BoC gig long before I joined this forum.

first of all, i could give a fuck less what mike and marcus think. i don't know them, i know their music and that's what i care about. they don't like the internet? i care? this board is about speculation and anything else we want it to be about. so thanks for the little talk, but not needed. And some of the people on here are kids, so let them get as excited as they want, it's their right.

Sorry but it's now my duty to post this image:

But anyway, I agree, it's only natural to speculate and be interested in something we are deeply intrigued by.

look. i respect everyone's opinion here and while i agree my initial reply might have sounded a bit too harsh, i stand by what i said.

again, dont get me wrong. i would also do a whole effin lot to be able to witness a boc show. i love their music immensely, but i sometimes think people here are just expressing their love and excitement a bit excessively.

just my opinion. no hate intended. we all love boc, period.
