The description of this video, when translated, reads "harambee".
Not sure if it's worth looking into, but here's a wiki page on it.

i was looking for a hex decimal to text converter to try to check out this new set of numbers and one of the converters had this http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... tVj_AY1zwQ video on its page for no apparent reason (the page is here: http://www.swingnote.com/tools/texttohex.php) something about the name “Markus Boc” is aaaawwfully suspicious

Although... here's my thinking: First clue came from a record, the second through a youtube video, and the youtube stuff started happening while we were all trying to find more records. Could BoC be planning to disseminate each clue in a different way and through a different medium? I have a feeling it's not going to be finding four more youtube videos, the same way it wasn't finding 5 more records.
Can we brainstorm other places to monitor?
- Official Social Media channels
- Radio shows (is Serofinowitz still doing BBC radio hosting? I'm in Canada, and not in the loop at all here)
- TV (probably not)
- Mail (they've mailed stuff to people before... this could happen again...)

What? Why would that video be embedded there?

WHOIS information for swingnote.com shows that the site is registered to Markus Diersbock, who is also the reporter in the video. http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/r ... ngnote.com

I just want to clarify that this is in the comments section of my blog, not the article itself. The 735673 video is not legitimate.Techboy wrote:an aside:
a link posted on 2020k blog to a video by 'Nicolas Barnaud' purporting to show the last set of digits to be 735673 - this is largely discredited so far.
Nope. No sleeve showing it was purchased? No further information other than this record and some dodgy mixing on a sample from The Conet Project CDs? I don't believe it.

It was really interesting find! Even if it's just a coincidence, it still had me going there for a minute!

Both clues thus far have led into one another. The first clue was #4, which consisted of footage of some random fan(an amateur) recording what he found. AMATEUR FOOTAGE.
The second clue consisted of a distorted video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lub89YirmC4&hd=1 ) that had some (if you listen to the background closely) beeping and odd numbers. COMPUTING.
The little house on the prairie clue CAN NOT be overlooked, it is there for a reason, and could possibly lead to the first slot being filled. Look for more 1977 related things, people!
