Nice work! I added in a couple of edits.
Dunno where it's from.... reminds me of Vincent Price.

At the end it goes "6-6-7", as if maybe to say moving on one number from the number of the beast..? With the second 6 being a faint echo...

Many tests and studies done during that time...

does that sound like a rocket/ICBM launch at around 1:08?

Best track on the album.
Borné dans sa nature, infini dans ses vœux, l'homme est un dieu tombé qui se souvient des cieux.

I mean it really does sound immediately similar.

Yes it does. It's that calliope synth sound. If you have a yamaha keyboard, there's a good chance it will have a "calliope lead" voice. A real calliope is like an organ but with steam.

It's a very 80's sound. It just feels like a dark 80's sci-fi or horror movie. And according to that interview they were going for it.

And like someone else mentioned, I do also get that "call for help lost in time" feel. Like no one ever heard it and it was a long time ago... off in some dark place underground or something... or alone on a space colony.

One of my favorites from the album. Not a good one to listen to while falling asleep.

I think I've noticed a thing or two in telepath that hasn't been brought up yet:

at :41 i believe he's saying "sseevvenn, hhaatte, niine", or at least it sounds that way to me. I feel like it'd be classic BoC form if they added a subtle "h" sound to the eight to make this a little ambiguous.

the more interesting one however is at 1:04, if you listen very closely after the drawn out "fiiiiiiiiiive", it sounds as if they very quietly tacked on a "six" as if in the same breath as the long five. This would then give us "5iiive 6 6 6 7".

that part and the part that he says after(I can't clearly make out for the life of me), sound so wicked. It gives me shivers.

Yes, I really do like this whole track, short as it is; I think it sounds the most like BoC in truth.

I almost feel like the album could be just an hour of this song, of a broken-spirited lost radio broadcast into the void for help. I'd still love it to pieces

as it is, it feels like just a two minute clip of something that has been going on for decades

Isolated the vocals quite on this track and I hear this.

Testing, 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. [background: 6] 6 [6]. 7. [background: dieeee.[?]] 8. 9. 10
Up and down. Now [/how?] I see.
[Background (Irish or perhaps Shetland accent): warning! (cannot hear, but definitely something else)]
The stuff that they know! Hold the right and then turn it up.
On counting: 1. 2. 3. 4. Fiiiiiive. 6. 7. 8.
[It's too loud!]
Well, this is pointless. His brainwave's concealed. Once again.
[Celtic voice again: One voice is neeeervous. / Don't be nervous!]
1. 2. 3. 4. Fiiiiiiiive. 6.[echo: 6, 6] 7.

Creepy track. But awesome.

Am I the only one who hears him say, "Oops." at the end of the first count as if he messed up his counting?

I just listened to this track for 30 min straight

This must be from an old sci fi movie right? Possibly a cartoon.

It seems slowed down so speeding it up might make it easier to understand and source

"Up and down, now I see"

I hear possibly "Gustav, they knooooow"

Also I don't hear "it's plainly concealed" but something like "just play (stay?) where he can see you"

Jesus, I had to stop listening to this. I was listening to it with my eyes closed in the dark for like an hour straight with closed headphones and I was getting such a paranoid feeling.
