1995: In the summer of 1995 the band and their friends christened their studio in the Pentland Hills "Hexagon Sun", and the collective have continued their work on recordings, films and gatherings from this location. (Every year in the spring and summer Hexagon Sun hosts various small rural music gatherings, which attract many local heads.) 8)

Ive been holding out hope that someone on Twoism would get word on the 10th June deal and it would be a live thing that some of us would be able to make it to. Now I think this is probably delusional giving BOC dislike for internet stuff, the 'local head' comment and the fact that hoards of people descending on rural Scotland is going to spoil the whole thing anyway. I'm fairly philosphical about it now (while still hopeful) cause I think a live gahering would have to be perfect and loads of "hey dude whatever" genration x-ers's would piss me off. Well i'm on the slippery slope to 40 so i'm allowed to get grumpy

At this point I hope its a boxset or a live broadcast. I figure if I don't know what it is by now then the message wasn't intended for me anyway or any of us for that matter. A live gig would be great, but at this point the excitement is gone. I'd rather go backpacking for a week. I don't think that I could possibly see BOC the way i'd like to, which would be with about 100 people the most (of course all of you would be there) in a nice secluded outdoor setting. I think that is just a dream.

Having read that HUMO thread, has anyone considered that they might announce some tour dates on the 10th? That would still keep the red moon connection going.

i'm sure warp wouldn't ruin it if the boards wanted to wait to reveal the details.

And perhaps letting the band announce it in this secretive way would give the dedicated fans a fighting chance of getting tickets before the ebaying tout hordes can snap them all up.

Should be able to get Audio Hijack to record from pretty much any application on the mac.

hehe do you think in your wildest dreams that warp would tell you the live dates straight away?? no way..Joyrex even e-mailed warp about the EP, if the rumours I heard about the dayvan cowboy EP was true..and they told him that no EP at all was planned...well 1 week later it was officially announced.

So warp wont spoil this..I REALLY hope that date will reveal live DATESSSSSSsss!!!!WE WANT A live boc experience! :D

Ah, the luxury of having a mac is that it doesn't get full of games... 'cos there aren't any (well nowhere near as many as for PC). I have a separate 160GB drive for music... which is getting full.

I burn my films etc. onto DVDs. It saves tons of space on my D drive, and as a result my computer gets more virtual RAM and is faster! :D You should try that.
