Who do you think wrote that? Someone at Warp?

If true that's exactly the kind of sound I want to hear.

Sounds to me like what Geogaddi was: broken melodies all warped out of shape, but ultimately creating at times a beautiful, if morbid and unnerving, soundscape.

I can't say I totally agree with you, but I am going to wait for the album to form an opinion. Geogaddi is not my favorite album despite it having two of my favorite songs (Music Is Math and Alpha and Omega).

I'm so excited I can't even...I quit the internet around the time TCH came out so I didn't know about all the false alarms. Over the years I just thought maybe they were done releasing music for good, I didn't dare to dream, but I'm so happy now. It had the power to suck me back into the internet.

The whole tone of that last video has given me goosebumps. Cannot wait to get the record.

After hearing the teaser I just know that this is it. This is the proper successor to Geogaddi. This is BoC BoC, no strings attached. Just them doing what they do best.

I can't wait.
Okay...now...wait for fog machine.

The day a leak surfaces, I'm out of here. Won't be back until the release. If people want to save some stress and heartbreak, they'll do the same.

I'm just hoping that they do ANY interviews. I have a feeling they might not on this one given the quiet of the past eight years.

I think WARP will push them into doing atleast one written interview.

I remember all the people that swore up and down they had a legit leak of TCH, and it was a fake.

I'm not getting sucked into leaks and fake leaks, whatever. I want to enjoy it at the same time as everyone else is for the first time the day it's released. Living in the times we live in, presumably everyone will get a download code at the same time. Truly a communal experience.

there is no other image, it's just a degraded looking hexagon. same with the BOC logo.

Hasn't so far, nor anything about the project, whoever is guiding this is doing so with an Iron hand... pity the fool who leaks this...

A great deal of pain and a fair amount of blood is what I predict if that happens ;)

Off topic and I'm not sure if anyone has said this before but I think it's really noteworthy that not a single incident has occurred during a period when the number of concurrent users had never been so high. I have spoken very briefly with the administrator of this site about this matter and he agreed about the fact that even during this period only minor moderation was necessary. No agression or flaming at all, as far as I have seen, at most just minor disagreements. I can list many forums and websites where *any* discussion quickly detoriates into flame wars, spam and Nazi references. This is really positive and proves the fact that Boards Of Canada fans are really intelligent, empathic and social people. Pat yourself on the back Twoism ;).
