I don't use Spotify, but they lost a like on Twitter sometime in the past few days to drop down to a sum of 113 again (Video 113 on their playlist is Sundown)

Carry on...

Defo got that similar vibe, as usual nowhere near the ridiculously creamy production skillz of the lads though.

The sun is long down now. Its very dark but yet very warm outside.
But in reality the sun is not down. It is just a illusion of the movement of the earth rotating on its 23.5 degree axis.
Our eyes are fooled by nature. One of the very few times nature won over humanity.
this thread is full of shenanigans.

You mean the Sun doesn't turn around and turn into the moon at night??

I've been lied to for so long

I thought this could be rhetoric for something coming to end. Human life, humanity itself. Serious topics.

The end of the trinity:

S (Split your infinities) - technology, material world
U (Uritual) - virtual reality?
N (Nothing is real) - afterlife, spirituality

SUNDOWN - end of humanity

New Seeds - aliens.

I think you might be onto something in the context of the album - but I think it also serves a dual purpose as a nice easter egg for the future.

You want to think of "Uritual" as the sun and the two tracks on either side as rotating around it. Uritual is 1:59, or 119 seconds - they are fond of using the numbers 5 and 9 in reference to themselves (THS is 5:09, Ready Lets Go is 0:59, and of course the legendary track 5 9 78) - they tweeted Nothing is Real on 8/24/16, the opposite of the length of SYI (4:28)

I won't infect this thread with anymore of my bullshit, but it seemed relevant to give this section of TH a deeper dive on its 5th birthday as we seem to be approaching something new shortly beyond just saying "oh, the first letters of those tracks spell S-U-N followed by a track named Sundown"

Thanks.

What you think about last three tracks?

New seeds
Come to Dust
Semena Mervtykh

I like how they geometrically made in to the pyrmaide.
So the first goes the new life, then it destroys it self and then what is left creates a new life, the eternal cycle.

Why BOC didn't make a follow up EP? I just can't understand their teasing. If their going next with new TCH part 2. I just would be disappointed beyond words.

I really love the second half of the album, probably their strongest finish to an album aside from MHTRTC. Geogaddi got kind of weird and more abstract as it progressed, but in a good way. TCH lulls me to sleep as it wraps up, probably an intentional choice.

They didn't really do a followup for Geogaddi either. Maybe both of these albums say everything that needs to be said on their respective subjects.

The thing I always thought funny about the last 3 tracks was how they spell out NCD Systems (from newcleardawn.com) sort of a similar easter egg to the Sundown thing, I suppose

Someone said that this track is like the last humanity Sundown. Imagine seeing the setting sun for the last time?
