Tough one for me at the moment. I didn't get to the survey, but that's OK.

So far, in no order:
The Word Becomes Flesh, You Retreat..., All Reason Departs.

One thing I'll say is that the shorter tracks, or the interludes or however you want to refer to them, are revealing in ways I'm finding much different than on their other albums, or maybe more specific? "Bocuma," for example: great track, but I'm not sure it's trying to communicate a certain message (not that it suffers from it in any way). The difference between that and "Memory Death" or even "Acts of Magic" seem bigger than just changes in production. Something like "Bocuma" feels generally mysterious, while "Acts of Magic" feels specifically mysterious. Hope that clears that up.

Basically, I mean to say that this was harder for me than the other albums, not necessarily because of recency bias, but because stuff like "Platonia" and "Memory Death" sound as if something's there pointing you closer inward, while "Bocuma" or "Kaini Industries" or "Diving Station" (this one's probably a bit trickier, actually...) are more like distillations of discrete memories or experiences into general musical themes.

I think this could get really interesting in a year from now, if we haven't played the record to shreds by that point.
