Farewell Fire, I never listened to a any track period more than that one.

Farewell fire is tops.

Yeah. you've missed quite a few. How about "Under the Coke Sign" and "Skimming Stones"?

skimming stones is just plain trippy...the melody plays in my mind for endless days after listening to it....still, one of my favorite tracks though.

From that list I'd go for Tears From The Compound Eye. It's just lovely, crispy, warm and distant...if that makes any sense.

absolutely.

However, Tears from the Compound Eye steals the show for me. I've actually cried just listening to it. I LOVE it pitch shifted down a tritone without preserving the length. try it out, it's amazing, especially the ending part.

Too many

Just shows the strength of BoCs material that theres so many different favourites. I know lost of people are pissed off about the time its taking for a new album but one thing BoC do very well is quality control. If it means we get another album anywhere near the quality of their previous output, I'm happy to wait for another few years as I know I'll never tire of their music.

He said post-twoism.

I vote for The Smallest Weird Number. But as all these polls, it's quite hard to vote.

Not only that but he admits that he made mistakes in the poll.

It pays to read to topic guys, srsly.

I freakin' love a moment of clarity! track one at atp is great as well. It could calm anyone down.

I fell asleep with OTHR blaring in my ears. Not quietly lulling like I usually do with BoC, I was enveloped in sound. It was so incredibly peaceful... has my vote.

kiteracer2 is a new one for me...its so innocent and beautiful.

I have to go with "Olson." The Peel Sessions version is probably the most played of any BoC song for me, but the MHRTC version wins out in the end for being more "ambient."

The mention of playing BoC at a wedding presents an interesting poll question, "Which BoC song would be the least alienating?" Or "What BoC song could both BoC fan and Grandma enjoy equally?"
