Gyro-Gyro-Gyroscoooooope!

edit: And XYZ! How could we forget that one!?

Basefree, too. It's a very odd sound for boc, it's 2-step and probably the fastest. Not one of the most accessible tracks, and that's probably why it's one of my favourites. I also like the ones in Amo Bishop Roden, they're almost squelchy.

I think that's a sample. Yeasayer uses it on the song "I remember"

I am really digging Rue The Whirl these days. It's so understated it jumps out when the loop stops. Also really liking Happy Cycling and sunshine recorder is growing on me again.

How about the beat in Turquoise Hexagon Sun and Orange Hexagon Sun? So good they used it twice!

Yeah I have to say that THS beat is amazing, it sounds like something being swished and pulled between kicks and snare(?) hits.

I'm actually pretty surprised that no one has agreed with me about Chinook (Aquarius EP Version).

I am ashamed to say it but I've never heard it... Most of the stuff I have are mp3s I got from a friend (I didn't steal 'em- seriously).. The record store in town hasn't ever carried BoC.. It's hard to find their stuff, and I wish I didn't feel bad about downloading it so I could get all their stuff but I do.

No mention of Nlogax (Hi Scores)? To me, it always had that 'grab you' quality.

This too. In fact I almost always get the urge to listen to Happy Cycling after I listen to Nlogax. I think they flow well together.

Happy Cycling is another great one.

Second that. Kid for Today's beat is just hypnotizing.

Bumping because I gave the old bootleg live tracks a spin last night and I think I found a new favorite percussion track. Warp10 Track 7. At about 7:15, after the voice of the woman counting to four, the drums just begin to twist and morph and the bass gets louder and the drums get sinister and I love it so

telephasic workshop is pretty cool

I wasn't quite sure what you were on about here as my Warp10 has 8 tracks with Telephasic + Weird Number being two tracks. Apparently I'm in the minority on that one though. I always like that song too so you are definitely on to something there.

Red Moss is my favourite. When it really gets going at the 1m 12s mark (and when I've had a coffee), that's when it gets dangerous to drive to.

Roygbiv + Telephasic Workshop.

I'll never get tired of them.
