This has to be the most retarded thread in the music genre, on the internet. Its a fucking farce. Obviously BOC don't even have a clue it exists because I'm pretty sure they are decent enough blokes not to lead so many people down the garden path. No way would they fuck about like this. When the black box appeared I was thinking a few months and a new album would be here, hence I joined twoism. Hahhah, just total bollocks.

I don't blame twoism, I don't blame BoC. I blame the fuckwit who put that blackbox up on their web page. Whoever you are, you're a c**t.

And don't start patronising me with the 'patience is a virtue' card. I have patience (I fly fish lol) I just don't like the piss been taking out of me.

I agree with the retardedness of the black box just cuz it's raised so many questions and got people excited for more than five years lol. I mean yeah I can wait but I would rather be completely in the dark about a new release than be poked at by the fucking black box.

And my apologies frank chipboard

I know BoC have said they don't intentionally cultivate mystique, but they don't exactly give a lot away either, and that's kinda fine. I don' t need to know their life-story, and I can live without answers to some of the questions I'd love to ask them (what happened to the pre-Twoism albums, the background to some of the Old Tunes stuff, what the fuck they were thinking when they made Prancealot Brainfire) but the one question I really do want to know is what caused all this delay. Even if it's the dumbest, shittiest reason ever, because it looks for all the world like they really did expect something to happen a lot earlier than it did. I hope it all comes out when the new record drops.

I dread to ask.... before I download, what is this?

Sun Nov 11, 2012 10:09 pm

oooh, prolly new fake :) can't wait!

Sun Nov 11, 2012 10:14 pm

Can we have tracknames/artists? These are quite good :) And can we have these without the soundgoodizers?

Sun Nov 11, 2012 10:18 pm

I want to think it's real but....? :?

Sun Nov 11, 2012 10:19 pm

I especially like the way they've given them random track numbers.
Also, the [2013] in the title.
Nice touch.

At least these are not just some old tunes thrown together. Some actual effort put into these. Shall we congratulate the artist by making a thread about it full of question marks?

I was thinking the same. Such a shame that whoever it is felt they needed to hijack the BOC name, because these stand up really well in their own right. Nice work - whoever you are

Time to call down the mdg from above
*coo*
*coo*

Edit: Just listened to it. No WAY this is legit. But I'd love to know which VSTs they used in FL to make it.

These are actually quite good. First track is really nice, I love how it goes from out of tune wickedness into a new melody. It would even more nice without soundgoodizers over it like someone else said :D

Mon Nov 12, 2012 3:08 am

The last song is quite nice. I hope the person who made this comes forward so I can hear more of his/her work.

Mon Nov 12, 2012 3:26 am

eh.. i don't like this set of tunes very much.. it just seems like one of those things that you put together in ableton live really quick. Not to say i dont like how whoever made it makes a mystery account just to show it to us, i love that kinda shit. the first track is pretty cool i guess...

I don't see what's cool about this at all; squatting on BoC's name (or any bands name for that matter) and actively trying to copy their style (but failing). It is pretty annoying.

Id say this behaviour is akin to someone trying to fake a UFO video; they are taking the piss and need a reality check.
