they're all disturbing, real or fake. i know the one i posted was fake, it was the production of the video that really got to me. the looped asian woman's head that didnt match the audio at all, randomly being inverted color wise, and with black eyes. YEAH. FAKE BUT SCARY.

They reckon Austrian intelligence. At some point it was changed to an American voice before being taken off-the-air entirely.

The elements of the projection are difficult to see, but i think there are some rests of building and structures that look alike with some of the buildings tested in "Operation Cue":
