I'm inclined to agree. On both points. And I'm a moderator.

Lol at this. When I saw it yesterday I went through a little digging and ended up reading a fair amount on Starhawk and neopaganism and ecofeminism, which I thought was very interesting. Some parallels I drew between the Triple Goddess and the Reach for the Dead video's final shot, but I didn't actually sat and read much. Just like ZosoCon I reversed the search on the user's profile picture and ended up on that Zizia site so I half-of discarded it. However linking every track to a specific figure is a whole new thing, I'll catch up on that reading list.

When all else fails, invent your own BOC style mythos

I sometimes wonder if they even care about all that mystery stuff they came up with in the last two decades. They probably care more about what's for dinner.

That lady I don't like that makes genuinely false (truth is subjective, I know, but I don't believe it) claims about feminism in American history to make it seem like there was some form of female genocide. Idk who disagrees with me. I find her annoying and her claims are divisive and dubious. I instantly avoid any documentaries with her name attached because I know it won't give me a real insight into historical conceptions of withcraft and will instead be full of her fantasy.

SAME. Like, theoretically, I'd be the type to take a dive. But, I've still got to take out the trash!

Someone give me a summary.

Someone trying to link BOC to their own interests and theories.

Alternately: BOC (or a Hexagon Sun member) registering to the forum to troll the fanbase by leading them down rabbit holes that go nowhere a la Newcleardawn

I'd prefer the latter but we all know it's the former.

I maybe should have searched 'ommatidia' rather than immediately resigning to failure.

It has been a lazy, hot day. Thank you for filling me in, though. That's an interesting one and I suspect you are right. Two BOC references in one

I feel like an idiot noting Tears From The Compound Eye as my favorite Boards track and not knowing that connection.

Haha that wouldn't surprise me. Some tasty bait for the over-analyzing BoC worship community.
