That's what it says at the top of the Japanese compact disc. Reckon it means anything, or am I looking for things that aren't there?

It's probably there solely to cause debate.

I independently confirmed it being there by thinking about it.

Sending us on an anagram wild goose chase? There was way to many for that set of letters. I like "Roman Life Vow".

I'd guess it's a reference to certain drugs, which change your perception so that the line between where your body ends gets blurred, you become "one" with the universe. The "man" certainly fits the schema as well.

The nitpicking side of me wants to mention that "I Overflow Man" does not necessarily mean the same thing as "I Overflow, Man"

Has anyone tried to see if maybe there's a pre-gap hidden track on it? This would only be accessed by playing it in a CD player and manually rewinding...this used to be a common thing back in the day, nobody really does it anymore. I wouldn't put it past the BoC Bros. to hide a track like that!

Just a thought. :)

Apparently some crazy fan is stalking them and this is their cry for help.
So, what are we waiting for? Let's go find Mr. Woo!

It could be something they put in as a joke for when they were drunk and talking about what stupid message they could put on the disc to make people wonder. It could also be a reference to the Japanese tsunami?

For the love of BoC people, indulge my crazy theory!! If you don't understand what I mean, read this:
