Boc has helped me many times on homework or assignments and projects of various degrees. BoC particularly helped me focus on a thesis paper I wrote in college about the physiological differences in the vocal chord/larynx, jaw, mouth and skull shape in non-human primates as the primary limiting factor for why they have trouble speaking direct formal languages....
the album The Campfire Headphase really helped me focus during the long research nights spent gathering data and reading study after study. Geogaddi was very influential as well. Particularly the songs “Julie Is Candy” and “Dawn Chorus”...lots of really positive BoC memories of that time... eventually I got a 100 A+ on that paper and also achieved an A in Human Origins I and II...

Oh yeah, pretty much all throughout college I had BoC on for tons of the papers I had to write and projects I had to program. And on my headphones as I was walking from class to class. And a bunch of other places. They tended to come up on my shuffle a lot too haha
If The Campfire Headphase was a butterfly, would Acid Memories be the caterpillar?
Spoiler: show
Unfortunately I have no clue lmao. But while you're here, go ahead and check out some of my tunes! You might dig 'em and stuff!

The "5D" song has helped me stay focused many times. It reminds me of a water mill. I really enjoy its gallopy drum beat pattern.

For some reason, Music Has The Right To Children always conjures up the images of science labs for me. Especially the song Telephasic Workshop

Yes I hear you, BoC and Autechre. When I did some study years back I always listened to those two while working on school stuff and it made it all go so much smoother.

BOC got me through 4 years of Graphic Design school. Also Bola and Autechre. Just amazing music to zone out and get your creativity flowing!
