Really hope the new album sounds as intense as this track. 'Tis very psychedelic.

IABPOITC was around the Geogaddi era though....i personally define the Geogaddi era as being the time between the release of MHTRTC and Geogaddi, so that would be a period from 1998 to 2002

but that's just how i see it. of course, i'm not one of the guys nor am i affiliated with Hexagon Sun, so my guess is as good as yours :)

i think it definitely slots in between the IABPOITC ep and geogaddi. i also thought it was nice to hear a more distinctive bass guitar throughout the track. if this is the newest of BOC's material, then it'll be interesting to hear a complete album!

Agree, I consider the major eras to be defined by the full length albums. Most of the EPs and shorter releases are stylistically tied to their preceding LP in my mind.

didnt MDG even say at one point that it was gerogaddi-era? or maybe that was spiro. either way, yeah, the website went up around that time, so i'd assume that the song was written around then.

Damn, this track sounds wicked.
Howcome you guys think it's the wrong speed?
The melody is higher pitched indeed, but the percussion sounds correct. It would be mashed up if you slow down the track.

Well, is this is fake, or isn't it?

It's not fake.

The first leak of 747 was at the wrong speed, 45rpm, because the person who ripped it thought that was correct. After awhile someone informed him it should be 33rpm. The 33rpm version is out there now, but the original 45rpm leak has become pretty popular. (The one uploaded to youtube).

The slower of the two matches the tempo of the old website track.
