BoC + Yoga

As I type this, "Kid For Today" is being recorded as audio for a VHS copy of a yoga video which was produced circa 1990. The calmness of both Boards and yoga (with its slow movements and deep breathing) seem to go well together.

Good news: while rummaging through a box of VHS tapes, I happened to find the tape that contains this video. I have digitized it and am uploading it to YouTube as we speak. I'll post it here for your viewing enjoyment (or otherwise!) as soon as it has completed uploading and processing.
