Until the beat comes in it is extremely reminiscent of BoC - Old Tunes! Same hazy type of synth, similar chords.

Cant wait! Royksopp never really disappoints. They just should learn how to make proper album art :P.

Wow that sound really good.

Royksopp is a long time favourite, but sometimes their music sounds too smooth, clean, catchy or tidy (hope you get what I mean). This sounds almost the opposite, really nice..!
Unexpect the expected

The album art on Melody A.M was proper.

Anyway, excited about this, Royksopp is always good indeed!

The complete album you mean? :P

Anyway;

01. …And The Forest Began To Sing

Now THAT's a cool songtitle.

This album is quickly becoming one of my favourites for 2010. Can't wait to get my hands on the vinyl.

I think the whole album is better than Junior. Less cheesy, no vocals en more Melody A.M.-like.

I must say I'm evil because I've downloaded it. It sounds really good, better than Junior. Probably my favourite after Melody A.M. Will be picking this up when it's available on CD.

Forsaken Cowboy is pure melodic and stylistic genius.

I listened to it the whole way through the other night at work. It's pretty good.

The Fear is sounding pretty tight. Reminds me of Royksopp Forever a little bit, which was one of my faves off Junior.

I must confess I'm really not all that into The Drug, it just doesn't do enough to keep me all that interested, it's not a bad track but I'm not bowled over just by the sounds and textures.

I'll be honest I didn't like Junior all that much, loving The Fear though...exactly how I like my Röyksopp :)

I give it 6.5 out of 10. Listened to it once, not too impressed.

Northern Lights you mean? Unfortunately not, but my main life goal is to see them. Whenever the time's right I'm gonna travel to northern Europe and stay there until I see them. For some reason videos and pictures fill me with pure happiness, I have this weird feeling that if I have ever seen them my life will change, I'm just sure it will be a lifechanging experience.
