I felt really involved in the whole structure of the track.
Strangely though, the main guitar noodling in the first minute made me think of post-roger waters Pink Floyd. It sounded very much like David Gilmour to me, an improv take maybe off The Division Bell.
I did like how it progressed, with the glitchy pitch shifted beats and clattering drums.
I should say, from other Infected Mushroom tracks I've heard, I expected a more fast tempo halfway and some wobbly bass, so I got a shock when just as I thought it was leading up to that...
Surprise!!! Violins!
"Oh... that's new!"
Although the it kept me on tenterhooks and I was hoping for a bit more staying power and "oomph", It is a great journey and I'll definitely give it a few more listens. (I like this side of Infected Mushroom.
