woah cupz, thats like...dubstep/techno/breaks. absolutely mental bass.
The stereo/choppy effect during the kick roll and the subsequent drop is dope too

I'm working on wind band parts - at the moment a piece by Eric Coates, the Knightsbridge March.
I have a concert to play in the local concert hall on St George's Day - 23rd April.

Want to say thanks to 88marquis for giving that last track I posted a listen

Would be lying if I said I didn't get a little discouraged at how we were all posting up tracks but not commenting, so I'm going to try to continue listening to what ever is posted here and give feedback. Well, in the morning perhaps!
I haven't really had anything gel in a while, and this one tonight came together real quick. Definitely some Yagya influence to it (updated to a more recent draft)-

I know many people have been wondering about my music, or lack there of. Well I can tell you, I have an album on the works.
And my style has changed a bit.
It's a gritty mix of dubstep, hip hop and almost house like beats.
Got a few tracks done, will post them up soon.

This is really nice! That rolling melody/baseline is really unique, and especially towards the end you do get a sweet Yagya feel (much much more than what I just linked - I feel silly mentioning in comparison!). I dig it.
Also, I really like the Pointsman acoustic tracks, the Stars of the Lid esque bit that Numerator put up, and Guido's latest.

Just discovered that an old Yamaha portable keyboard played through a guitar amp with overdrive on can sound like an old-school synth.
I might post a recording later on.

first time i've used my guitar in a long while. I need to get that thing out of the case more often. Haven't recorded with any of my guitars since I did the track for OoT3 over a year ago...

I like this a lot! I wanted to hear more of that synth that comes in at 0:30, although it was a tad bright (maybe close the filter envelope slightly after it peaks?) .
Guido - the water gecko/eagle is sweet, nice pairing with the music
True Top Soul - very nice

Great ambience and I like the way you slide the beat in around 2:00

What do you think - too much reverb on the piano? Really stoked on this one -
