Not really keen on his voice or flow, and the beat sounds like a poor quality EL-P jam. Sorry man, not feeling this one. :(

Now or a bit of amen chopperey

Pretty good jungle; definitely above the status quo for that era. Enjoying the drone harmonics and the oscillating bassline!

There's still a lot of good d&b and jungle being produced. Just gotta dig for it a bit more. ;)

Blimey! Haven't heard that track in a very long time. Probably since around when that album came out. That's left me pretty gobsmacked and has conjured up some old memories. Nice one. Great record. :)

Meh. Jazz electro fusion stuff doesn't do much for me, apart from the occasional Squarepusher. Didn't really care for that track, to be honest.

Not bad. Maybe a little long, but the melodies were nice, and it had a nice progression. I dunno if I'm completely into this new retro synth wave type revival. Eitherway it was fun while it was on.

Bloody marvelous. Nice video too. I love Kouhei Matsunaga's music and Dance Classics I & II were two of my favorite releases from 2012.

i really like the ambience that track has going on at the start, but the drums were annoying me, they are way too loud and not very good! i cant help but feel that the rest of the track kinds of tails away a bit. according to a commenter tool are going to cover it?! sounds very interesting.

It's pleasant enough and I can see why it's a good song, but it doesn't really excite me for whatever reason, perhaps mainly for the vocal style.

you gotta let it play...get to the meat of it. [from the day when electronic music was 7min+ and people had attention spans that lasted more than 3min]

Moody and dubby as hell. Reminds me of D.A.F's later stuff and this was probably a big influence on Porter Ricks and also Andy Stott. Nice vid too.

Pretty cool track. I liked it, what can of Industrial music is it? I mean, which sub-category? It kinda reminds me of Azure Skies which I like a lot too.

Dunno what pigeon hole to put it in, I try not to do that, although it's really difficult not to sometimes. Roly was one half of the duo Vex'd (Planet Mu), but when they split Roly did this album (highly recommended) and Jaime went on to become Kuedo (also highly recommended).

very dark and sinister, love the guitar tone and heavy drums, complimented by the deathly growls, borderline 8 for this one. Very nice/interesting video as well.

And OH MY GOD I just searched them and they're from Brisbane (where I live) which kinda shocked me because you don't hear of many decent bands around here, don't know why I haven't come across them before.

I envy you, I so want to see these guys live someday. I reckon they play quite often in their home city.

As for your track, acoustic guitars aren't really my cup of tea but this song managed to keep my attention & interest (thanks to the distorted/dissonant guitars in the background, and the twisted vocals). I'd rate it 7/10

First track I've heard of Mercury Rev's. Cool production going on with the swirling guitar-wheeze. I also like the unique delivery of the vocalist.

Okay, I've been listening to PBO all morning so here's some:

Previous track was pretty good. Sounded like an easy-listening form of a band like Autechre. I'd rate it between 7 and 8/10 and will most probably spin it again in the future.

One of the few tracks by The Orb I like. Great track title too. Their production always sounds nice but I find them a bit dull generally. I like the Minnie Riperton sample in this one.

Not really my kind of thing, but I liked the complexities in the percussion

Saw a blind man walking down the street
Greets every person he chanced to meet
Saw a cop write a ticket to a man over fifty
Fell over laughing screaming he was a hippie
Ran into a granny had a smile on her face
Broke a trophy she just won in a race

Don't worry about the future
Forget about the past
Whether it's good or bad
It's a gas
