It is still early, but there is a new Plaid album coming Feb/Mar 2019, to be released on Warp! They are amongst my favorite artists, very excited what they will bring this time!

I really liked their last album The Digging Remedy. That was such a strong coherent piece with many playful and emotional tracks, classical Plaid. Like BoC they never really stray much from their own sound signature, but they also created a world of their own. What these guys can do with melody is just incredible.

In the past month I decided to give Plaid a try after they showed up on my Pandora stations quite a bit (my first encounter with them being years ago in the video game Sleeping dogs, with the songs "Thank" and "Somnl", which I found to be fine tunes), and years later I discovered Gel Lab and thought it was a really good song. And oh my gosh, they're my new favorite electronic act now.

Absolutely wonderful melodies I have never imagined in their earlier works. Their albums in the 2010's starting with Scintilli I enjoy too, but don't really hear the classic sound besides some aspects of some tracks (and probably the entirety of African Woods, which I LOVE). Even though I don't really hear much of the classic Plaid in them like everyone else claims, they still make GREAT stuff.

Heard all of their non-soundtrack discography (I'll get to the soundtracks one day), and I enjoyed all of them (Rest Proof Clockwork being my favorite, Scintilli my least fav but still good), so I'm hyped for the new album and happy to become a fan at the time of a new release.

Recently picked up this band too, to me they are like Boc's twin brother in many ways... my first song was "At Last" and that tune completely blew me away in the same way BoC did with "Music Is Math"... the video for "At Last" is very Tomorrow's Harvestish in it's theme... I actually like their newer work.. it sounds darker and more refined... I am pumped for this!

While I enjoy the older Plaid a lot more, I must say that Liverpool St from Reachy Prints is one of their best songs to date. Really interested to see what they bring to the table with melodies and all with this release!

I'm stupid ALL OF PLAID IS EQUALLY GREAT

February passed by, so I'm hoping for an announcement in March, if not, I can wait for April or so. At least I still have a few Plaid works I could listen to while I wait for some hype (their movie soundtracks, Parts in the Post and Greedy Baby to name a few)

Right. Now say, you've got a chair... and that aforementioned chair has wheels for feet and you have electrical cables everywhere on the floor surrounding the chair and the chair rolls around over the floor wheeling over the cables. All i'm trying to say is, if the cables are durable and you believe in the durability of those cables, the wheels on the chair won't damage the cables. I hope you understand. Unless you bought cables of lesser value. Then i'll say, read "Consumer Reports" and make sure your next investment is a little wiser in the future.

Licking a bic for taste whether it's for pleasure or not it'll still get you high.

No toffee. The chocolate alone is better.
