BoC themselves used it on Geogaddi actually. :)

I could not remember what the type looked like on Geogaddi, so I checked and sure enough, you're right. It is a nice font.

That's true but at least it looks nice. :)

Like i said these are awesome, but now i think of it, the second one would be perfect for the back of the album if you use the first as front? :D

My girlfriend Carol Esther took these with a 1940's Argus. No Photoshop was used except for the text.

I thought it might fit, i tamed down the text... plenty of photos for inlay...

Polar sky just won IMO

Carol Esther/Polar Sky for the win!

She does some damn fine work.

Those are really great polar sky. If the text contrasted a bit more with the background in the first one it would be perfect.

Thu Nov 22, 2007 11:05 pm

Damn, that's also reeeeally cool PolarSky('s gf).
But i do find it a bit too cliché whereas Beacon's are a little bit ehm.. more exciting, dunno how to say it right. Don't get me wrong tho, those photo's are awesome.

But i have to say i still like Beacon's first two better. They fit better next to the One on Twoism 1 artwork.

Oh and it's really hard to come up with something myself now, hehe.

Here is my final artwork package. Mind that the tracklist font is a bit fuzzy because of the resizing.. click on the image to see a bigger version.

All text is fictief.

Thanks kyriakos.

If I'm with the best packages I'll put more time in making it a bit more dirty and less static. Now that I see all 3 together I see some annoying simularities.

The top one is a second version, and found it more relaxing. Let me know what you think, what to change, what to keep, what you dont like, etc.

I dont think its cliche because it wasnt built to look like it was from the 70's 80's grain day. its a 1945 argus film camera ttv. so its all 100% real grain and hair lines. But, she has more pics that are more tamed down with a different camera with her brownie camera ttv if you want her to do something with them as a layout for the sleve/cover:

Polar Sky - Those are amazing. The little girl would be an awesome album cover.

Those other shots from Esther remind me of Lone.

This would have been great if the previous art was in a similair style. Still an AWESOME job.

Once again some really great pictures Polar Sky! Do not forget to make a coverart package of the photos.
