for some reason it adds every song twice, and it won't put the songs in album order
so i haven't listened cause i don't want to listen out of order
any suggestions?

Don't add that .m3u file to your iTunes cause iTunes will recognize it as a playlist and add every track again.
I'm not sure about the "out of order" issue, but this one may help:
Select all the tracks of OoT4 in iTunes, right click on one of them, select "Get Info", change Album Artist to something like "Various Artists", press Ok, then sort the album by artist.Now they should be in the right order.
