I don’t get it

Both. It has that British sitcom vibe, which I started to dislike over the years

Ok. Now I'm confused.
Anyway, SHOGUN is excellent, too.

I love live festival music docs that were made in their own time -- idk why but I had suggested to me algorithmically a handful I had never seen before on youtube here they are below for anyone else interested or may have overlooked (quality varies) :
I've seen this one below, Esalen already but if anyone missed it -- pretty good warning boobs so is restricted

Another killer festival doc -- the restricted ones are the best
Looking for Glastonbury Fayre complete just to share here

I recommend the movie Watcher, a small but effective thriller somehow Hitchcockian but manages to do something different with the story. I really enjoyed it.
Also the documentary Stolen Youth: Inside the Cult at Sarah Lawrence. I've never seen a documentary quite like this, as you can see how the cult members gradually lose more and more of themselves until they get completely destroyed psychologically. Some of them were still brainwashed by the time the documentary was filmed. It also leaves you with many questions unanswered.

Recommending a film called Linoleum (2023) - Kinda mirrors Donnie Darko in some ways and has a lovely score by Mark Hadley. Sort of makes you think about our own personal universes. 6.5/10

This is an absolutely beautiful and mesmerising film, probably the best I have seen this year and one of the best I have ever seen. I can't recommend it enough.
