Well, since my exposure to 'Pink Flamingos' I have become a huge John Waters fan! I just saw 'Female Trouble' last night and it was amazingly awesome! Not quite as amazingly awesome as PF, but SO much better than most of the shit coming out today!

I saw The Devil & Daniel Johnston earlier this week. It's both hilarious and heartbreaking. It gives a really amazing insight into madness, genius and the conflict of the two. I've been listening to Daniel Johnston for years and never realised what went on in his life. Great stuff people. :D

This movie struck me bigtime: "Pay It Forward" from"Mimi Leder" released in the year 2000! With: Haley Joel Osment [the boy from "The Sixt Sence" ], Kevin Spacey and Helen Hunt. Awesome. 8)

Has anyone seen Hostle, directed by Quentin Tarantino? I watched it the other night, and it has to be one of the most fucked up films I've ever seen.

 Sorry for getting the info and spelling wrong. Yeah, it was twisted and gory, but I just couldn't stop watching. I really hope there's nothing like that that exists in real life.

"A Home At The End Of The world" i read the book from Michael Cunningham in 1990. In 2004 they made a movie based on that book that won the pulitzer prize in 1999 directed by Michael Mayer. Everybody should see this beautiful movie![read the book first?] 8) :o

I watched "Taxi Driver" with Robert Deniro the other night.

Ummm....... it was very interesting. Especially when I recognized the sample from Ninja's Journyman's "The Spy" from the score towards the beggining.

I found the ending to be a little implausible.. but it was an interesting film for sure. I can see why it has kind of a cult status.

It's one of my favourites, the soundtrack is really good if you like jazz music .[Bernard Herrmann] Martin Scorsese is a great director, Robert De Niro, [say no more] and the young Jodie Foster!!! What a movie, i got the soundtrack on 180 g vinyl. 8)
