Hello. Some cracking material here as ever, love the variety of styles on display!
Spenner, the Wolf and Lion shots are great, excellent captures.

Thought I'd share a few recent shots I've taken.

zeitgeist wrote:Cool shots vballs! Did you go there recently? What's the tourist scene like there these days? I always get nervous thinking about the site's preservation.

Thanks Zeitgeist. It was a couple of years back now. The tourist scene id say is pretty crazy, when you are walking the classic trail it is possible at times to be completely alone which is amazing but when you get to Machu picchu, it is crazy. There are too many people in my opinion, for me it was impossible to take a photo inside the ruins without at least 3 tourists in view. I think everyone is pretty respectful of the place though.

Your shots always have a lot of good texture Dissolved. Really interesting stuff.

I came across a timelapse vid featuring a BOC track, thought I'd share:

Some lovely work here. I'm feeling the urge to get some 35mm going on soon...

My Dad has an old Olympus OM10 which he doesn't use any more - might see if I can "borrow" it...

Definitely do it! The OM10 was a solid little SLR, it's always nice to know people are still using film out there these days. Worth the effort.
I found a working Polaroid Joy Cam in the Street a couple of weeks ago! The film is stupidly expensive but I might take the risk and try and get a pack, fingers crossed that I get one with the battery pack still working. The actual film will be expired no matter what though.

Thanks very much Syberia and Zeitgeist!! Syberia, good to hear from you, I'm not around too much but hang out when I can. Great to know there's someone out there listening. ; )

Hi! This is in Vancouver, BC. That's the north shore mountains in the distance.
I went to get some milk at the supermarket and it was quite a nice sunset that evening and I ended up walking forever down to this railyard, didn't realise how far I'd gone!!

Blatantly gatecrashing this thread as I'm (quite clearly) no photographer. But I took this last week while on holiday in Northumberland. It was around 5pm, the sun was setting and it was bloody freezing as the wind whipped in off the North Sea. Typically, a bunch of mad Geordie nutters decided it was high time to go surfing...

Great shot man, look at that spray off the top of that wave :D When you are surfing along a wave and you feel that spray there is nothing more refreshing I tell you. I need to check out the northern surf, this shot is very encouraging.

That's a beautiful park! I'd love to see that someday. How tall are those mountains, just out of curiosity?

I haven't had a lot of time this year to shoot anything real good, and I don't have a car at the moment, so it's hard to get out. Hopefully I haven't already posted some of these. But here are a handful: *sorry if I break someone's screen, I made them small as possible.

Taken in Tynemouth. If you get up there, I hope my fellow Geordies make you very welcome :D
