Got up at the crack of dawn this morning to try out a pinhole cap I made for my camera. Not bad for a first go at pinhole I reckon :)

I held a lens from a pair of children's glasses I got from a a charity (thrift) shop in front of the camera.

I'm having trouble getting an image to post here. I'm sure I am being dumb, but could anyone enlighten me?

I use the tag [img],%20then%20the%20url,%20then[/img] after - but that's not working. what am I doing wrong?

It's shite. Really confusing and makes me want to delete all my contacts so it doesn't feel like a social network feed (though to be fair that's what it's always been.) At least I get 1TB for free, but I'm hardly a frequent poster (even before my camera broke), so I'm not going to make much of it.

That should be all you have to do. Are you sure you have the direct url to the image itself?

If that still doesn't work try making sure there aren't any spaces between the tags and the url, and make sure the img tags are all on the same line of the url. It's fine if the tags are on different lines due to text wrapping, just make sure you don't have any newline characters you've added yourself. I don't think you normally have to worry about spaces/newlines but it's worth a shot.

thanks for your reply, LuminalStasis. I guess it wasn't the true URL that I was trying to post. I poked around inside Flickr and found there is a support option that generates a link in BBCode, and this seems to work just fine. Here's one from the top of the Shard in London -

like many of you who pre-ordered, I couldn't wait to hear Tomorrow's Harvest again after the transmission, so I *acquired* the YT rip and have been reliving it ever since.

yesterday I went out walking, playing the album over and over. today, I went out again, but this time I decided it would be interesting to try and get a photograph for each track on the album, taken while it played, that related to the piece in question - either the song title, or how the music made me feel, or anything I could observe that chimed with it. knowing how much people in the twoism community like to pore over BoC's work with such gusto, I thought it might be fun to share these pictures with you.

:)
