Part of me feels like this will lead to nothing and it's just a bunch of coincidences, the other part of me is feeling like this will lead to the back catalog being repressed.
Regarding the dates at which all these things we are discovering were published online, besides the two unidentified videos posted by Orphel Binuswade, lead me to believe these things are just coincidences. Like others have pointed out these things have been in front of our faces for years but we are just now finding them. That's just my pessimistic view on the matter for now

I do agree with you, but it's interesting that this has sort of turned out in a similar way to how the soundboard version of Julie and Candy was online for quite awhile before it was "put into play" after the RSD incident. Much like that video, a high quality version of the Hell Interface logo can only come from the band itself - it seems like anything related to the image's original location on last.fm should be considered legitimate, and anything the account creator comments on elsewhere should be taken note of (thus the Pollyanna Siren/Sandrail stuff).
However, in this case, the validity of these new samples is very questionable, but the channel did succeed into bringing attention to the full size logo and that's where the conspiracy theory stuff comes in - happy accident, or were we nudged toward it, as the logo is tied to the most legitimate sounding piece of music at this Youtube channel and brought it to the attention of a lot of people who weren't aware of it. Some of the cosecha (aside from Julie and Candy) had also been online for awhile
