don't you get it yet?
it wasn't for you to know because you didn't see it shortly after
it is about noahs ark and stonehenge
get with the times already
you can't hear for crap either fredd

don't take offense!
let me further explain, before i show you
where noahs ark landed was next to a sanctus

with hopes as we know it sits close to sea
the fallen bolders, old ruins, and cliffs
all atop of the sancatus
high above the sea
a safe place on all counts
a great place
it is a part of him
she leaves us to______if the animals are with him

the stones are evenly space
_______________________garbled
______________
consider yourself a fool to let him pass us by
all the appetites, i love you

did you, did did you (so on so forth)
(hear the drums?) very smart

This is what is said exactly.

1:31 Sweatin Sweatin

1:57 With hopes as we know it sits close to sea

the fallen boulders, old ruins, and cliffs
all atop of the sanctus
high above the sea
a safe place on all counts

2:17 a great place

2:24 where it's a part of you (HOLY HOLY MUSIC!!! ATOP OF THE SANCTUS)

2:27 she leaves us alone, to look if the animals are with him

2:41 (unsure about this part but i can guarentee you, the man talking is saying something about the animals or "the devil") then he say's: about 500,000

2:45 consider yourself a fool to let him pass us by

2:49 all the appetites

2:53 i love you (why? because you're a devil michael

2:55 did ya, did did ya (hear the drums?)

gotta love that pitchshifted flute at 3mn8sec
it's the saddest thing i've ever heard

4:38 listen to the left channel sounds like a voice says "no hurt" and at 4:58 and 5:08
5:30 voice saying "hey"
5:50 voice saying "pay phone" where those go in the usa btw
5:52 female voice responding to the pay phone voice asking "are you on?" (get it? are you on the pay phone?)
6:04 hey

I poked around Philip Madoc's narration of the Noah's Ark story and I think its a red herring after all. I was focusing more on that aspect of clenci's transcription and not the Stonehenge stuff so much, unfortunately. The search continues...

...just listening to this again, could that be Carl Sagan's voice? Possibly from old Cosmos episodes?
There are a lot of different 'me's, you know. There's the mad me, when I get angry.

Wow, this is an impressive find!

By the way, bird sounds from around 29:37 were used in The Smallest Weird Number

wow very interesting!

Maybe I'm missing something, but I've taken the audio sample of the voiceover and tried to manipulate it to make it sound like the voice in Eagle In Your Mind... brought the pitch down.. EQed ...etc.. can't get it to sound like the sample we hear in the song.. It actually sounds like a completely different voice; different nuances in the pronunciation.. it's not just a simple pitch shift.. anybody else try this?? results?? thoughts??

responding to myself:

earlier in this same Otter documentary for Nature, you hear the great George Page narrating... funny thing.. the voice in Eagle always made me think of George Page and those old Nature on PBS shows. My theory is: there's an alternate voiceover take of this production where George Page is reading that part.. and that's where the sample is from.
