One of the folks behind Chairlift, Caroline Polachek, came out with a great ambient album a few years ago that she just sorta worked on whenever she needed a break from doing the poppy stuff. It's real good! makes me think a bit of Brian Eno or one of those music-for-plants composers

Lilians Pavilion is my fave

Self Esteem - I do this all the time

Absolutely floored by this the first time I heard it.

I used the rave.dj AI remix program to mashup Treat 'Em Right Instrumental and Open the Light
https://rave.dj/TaVt7l1cYdU23g
(the site generates a remix with two songs using youtube/spotify links)

One of my favorites from the old demos he would upload to tumblr, so glad it got a finished release.

I just very recently became aware that the 2005 Broadcast album "Tender Buttons" is quite awesome, I've only heard "The Noise Made by People" before, I wasn't aware of this album at all.

Funny, I'm the opposite in that I usually only listen to Tender Buttons. Adult Swim used music from that album back in the day so that's how I first heard of them.

"Script of the Bridge" and The Cure's "Faith" have been on heavy rotation for the past couple days

Lovely, nostalgic late summer/ early autumn vibes that Saint Etienne do so well...

The albums "Tender Buttons", "One Word Extinguisher", and "Supermodified" are practically synonymous with [as] to me

The game was crap but the music was pretty damn good.
