To clarify, it would be shallow to simply wait ten years if you have everything done already. Though I could imagine Warp making them do that for headlines and promos. I’m sure they themselves don’t care. I’d like to believe they finished their actual work on Sep 6th 2020

I'm saying I think a 2022 release is coming
also the 2023 theory imo is different from the 666 release date
2 + 2 + 0 + 2 = 6

I'm with you on all that, just to wait ten years would just be silly

Didn't they want to do that with Trans Canada Highway, or is the sarcasm going over my head?

if i recall correctly, yes. the date was moved nonetheless, not sure if warp or the brothers decided to do that or the reason why

They didn't actually end up doing that tho, they released it early. And thats the only time they've ever incorporated numerology into a release date at all AFAIK.
Idk, I'd like to think we'll see something in 2022, but I also wanted to believe we'd see something in 2021 and here we are, late September, without anything. It could be awhile yet.

i like to think they chose november 17 to release iabpoitc because it's the 321st day of the year, but that's grasping at straws at that point lol. and im not even sure about that because bocpages and bleep have different release dates
honestly i have a better feeling for 2023 than 2022, because of the 10 years publicity opportunity thing. it would be pretty funny if they chose to release it days before reaching 1 decade, just to go against what's expected
but hey we still have september 30. maybe they'll like a tweet or something. new retweet, perhaps? maybe i'm being too optimistic

Hm, there are 6 2's in there. Let me see:
2+2+2+2+2+2=12
12-6=6
12x2=24
24/4=6. 666. heck yeah I think this is the one.

That’s numberwang! You could be on to something there.
I’d love it to be a release for 2022, hopefully by then we won’t have turned into a typed out interpretation of this sketch!

Well none of us are getting any younger and a shot of BOCViagra would go a wonderfully long way.
Seriously boys, My couple and sex life is in danger, the only other thing besides BOC that can do is BDSM
Don't let Me down!!!

https://www.beatink.com/products/list.php?artist_id=4Small reason to have hope: This page. Beatink updates this banner on the top of the page with a featured artist. 3/4 artists were Warp IDM royalty: Squarepusher, Aphex and Flylo. Currently it’s at Flylo and hasn’t changed for any other artist. Not Nightmares on Wax or Mira Calix.
What can be assumed by this, is they only change it for the hugest artists on the label. So perhaps the next huge artist hasn’t happened yet for Japan.
This theory is as out-to-lunch as usual. But hey, it’s the speculation thread and really, what else do we have to go off of.

You gotta think outside the box here, it's actually 4/4/22
4/4/(2+2)
4=4=4
4+4=8
8=4
Letter number 4 is D
I'm stumped at the last step...

The next album is actually going to be a visual piece about us speculating about a new album. With an accompanying short about the life in a day of a twoism user after something gets posted on Instagram or Twitter by the BoC.

I’ve said this before, but to use a millennial Spongebob reference, we’re basically the fish fans who Kevin the Cucumber left in a hole, waiting for him to return.
And we go ‘Hey guys, BOC’s back’ every time they like a tweet. XD

If I wasn't a fan myself I'd say BoC community is otherworldly toxic

I think BoCSet might be something like Catalog 3, Acid Memories, Closes Vol. 1, Play By Number, Hooper Bay and a bunch of Old Tunes volumes. They'll probably just add a bunch of songs that never made it into albums to stuff like an Old Tunes Vol. 3, etc. I'm pretty certain the Old Tunes that we have are just a bunch of songs that never fit into anything at the time, but they liked.

Imagine that as a collection of vinyl. Normally, probably wouldn’t drop that much on an uber expensive set. But honestly, to one day have that on my bookshelf would be worth the admission price.
Would be pretty rad if we got that and a new album. Best case scenario. We can only hope that’s the case, but eh, iff they release a single new track I’d be as thrilled
