In the context of history, we live in an age of unparalleled science and rationality. But despite this, religion and ideas of mysticism – along with other fringe concerns such as conspiracy, etc – continue to thrive. I gather that you're rationalists, atheists, etc – but the idea of the mystic obviously has an appeal to you ...

"Eoin: "There's a lot to play with there, for an artist. It affects people even if they don't consider themselves to be religious. Nobody really wants to accept that we're just a colony of organisms hurtling through a void on a ball of rock. I'd guess that's it, that the most rational individual doesn't really want to have his beliefs completely confirmed. It's in human nature to pursue spiritual or fantastic things, for whatever reason, that's why we like art and escapism, isn't it? Humans like to feel there's a purpose, even if there isn't one!""

And this also applies to those who don't believe in Jesus : you have good reasons not to believe in Him, and personally, I don't know if He is authentic; but if He returns to Earth as the Prophecies foretell, then it will be obvious to all of us. In the meantime, it's up to us to do everything we can, to… “repair the world” (Tikkun Olam).

For humanity to become emancipated, everyone must make an effort, everyone must accept the idea that they have been manipulated all along, atheists must admit that science has never refuted the existence of God, and religious people who cultivate hatred towards certain believers must also compromise and open themselves up to others.

And of course, I'm no one to say “some should do this, others should do that,” because I have no authority and I can't even quit smoking, lol. We're always much better at giving advice to others than at applying our own advice to ourselves ;)

But I hope you'll find some interesting food for thought here and there. And as always, if I say anything wrong, please let me know ♥♫

I'll soon be compiling everything I've found on BoC's work, to organize it all neatly and concisely.

But right now, I'm going to use this platform to share some things that are important to me. And I know this might be divisive, but I think we've reached the point where we all need to talk about these things together.

And as always, these are just my beliefs and analyses; I know nothing and I could be wrong about anything. We're here to grow together, and no one imposes their truth because… who knows it?

I read the everything you wrote and i agree with everything you are saying - and i happen to think that boc themselves know the same thing.

The truth spoken in this thread is just to good for those to comprehend. I suggest getting a warm cup of bovril ready as you dive deep into this thread

Hi Watercan!

I think there's a mistake somewhere: you sent me a video about the burden of proof, whereas I'm as clear as possible in my posts: I'm not claiming anything extraordinary because I regularly state that I don't know anything and that these are just personal interpretations; and I'm gathering correlations to try to detect a hypothetical underlying structure.

So, what does the burden of proof have to do with it?

On the other hand, one hypocrisy that has always astounded me about the "skeptics" who criticize alternative archaeology is when they say, regarding the numbers found in the Great Pyramid of Giza: "It's easy, seek and ye shall find: if you analyze any object with measurements, you'll always find correlations with numbers or constants."

The argument itself is perfectly valid. It was even humorously demonstrated on a French TV show in the 1970s. The problem is that some well-known French skeptics still use this excerpt as proof.

And it's a fallacious argument, because while you can always find numbers by manipulating any kind of measuring object... you never find an object like the Great Pyramid of Giza, which encodes all these numbers (Pi, Phi, c, the Earth's Precession, 1/137...) so many times with such precision.

So, this is what bothers me about the burden of proof argument: it's easy to find where believers or conspiracy theorists are raving and making peremptory claims without the slightest argument to support their thesis, but it's less easy to see that the official camp constantly uses a completely fallacious argument to prevent people from seeing the incredible magic of the Great Pyramid of Giza.

Llydia : thank you sister ♥, It means a lot what you say. You know, for years I've been speaking about all of that on the Internet, and even if I have some support from great people that I'm deeply grateful, my words are generally ignored.
But you know, you're maybe experiencing the same thing: if you've reached the point where you understand what I'm saying, then you probably talk about this kind of stuff regularly with those around you, and you feel the same way, I imagine.

The kind of loneliness felt by those who have begun to cross the threshold, in a world that willfully ignores this entire aspect of reality ^^

Some people just want to see the world burn

Some people just want their name plastered over 4 subforums at the same time and will post anything without thinking.
