So could these be the names of the vignettes at the end of twoism and basefree?

8766405 Blueberry
8766406 It's Too Orangey

What baffles me is that it states: Publisher(s): EMI VIRGIN MUSIC, LTD
So that one has nothing to do with Warp Records being a publisher :'( So I guess this has to be one of their commercial side steps... EMI is like one of the big four record companies in the world for commercialised music...
in fact BOC have been published by EMI VIRGIN MUSIC, LTD for the past decade

Ah ha! That would certainly explain why they were registered at the same time as 1986 Summer Fire:8766404 1986 Summer Fire
8766405 Blueberry
8766406 It's Too Orangey
Very interesting find!

I know! Very cool to have names for these wonderful vignettes, it sort of acknowledges their worthiness in their own right.BunnyRabbit wrote:They really are! Look again.
"Basefree/It's Too Orangey" & "Twoism/Blueberry" The track times are wrong, at least compared to my files. but these names are linked. No other songs are listed in this way.
Fantastic find.

A VERY strange thing for Boards to be on.
And apparently you can listen to previews OF THE SONG! but you need iTunes! Sad I'll have to download that right now.
EDIT #2: I got iTunes, and listened. It's not Boards of Canada; it's some band called Boards. I think that copyright may have been a labeling error. If you want to listen to it, make sure you're searching iTunes Plus; it doesn't come up otherwise.
EDIT #3: Definitely an error. The record I linked to is actually Fort Worth Teen Scene Vol. 3, not Vol 2; and it's a band called Boards. It's a 60s garage/psych rock compilation.

Yea, it seems that's a mistake on the part of CMRRA as discussed further back in the thread
